Just a few miles from the most Southerly point on the British mainland, Mullion Golf Course epitomises the best of playing golf in Cornwall. The far reaching views from the Towans above the cliffs stretching to the links holes towards the beach and Gunwalloe Church, are magnificent. Lamorna and Mousehole can be seen across the ever changing seas of Mounts Bay, and the familiar sight of St Michael's Mount viewed from a different angle from the cliff top tees.
Although just over six thousand yards off the white tees, do not be deceived, the course is a challenge. As with most coastal courses, the wind is a significant factor and accurate shot making is needed. With possibly the best greens in Cornwall which are in excellent playing condition all year round you can be assured of a testing putt! However, any frustrations immediately fade away with the beauty of your surroundings. Be calm, the next shot will save the day!
Friday 12th February 2016.
Holes 3, 4, 14, 15 and 16 are currently closed due to surface water. The 7th tee hse been moved forward. Course is closed to buggies.
Over the last three months the course has received 358mm of rain - this is why these restrictions have been put in place. Thank you for your co-operation.
Areas of the course that are very wet have been cordoned off. Please keep out of these areas. If your ball comes to rest in these areas, they should be treated as casual water and your ball must be picked up and you must place away from these areas.
