Caterer / Catering Manager
Mullion Golf Club was founded in 1895 and is England’s most Southerly golf course. It is a private club with approximately 600 members and has a reputation of being a welcoming and friendly club. Our dedicated restaurant currently has capacity to cater for 90+ meals and regularly has a full dining room for Sunday lunch. We also have numerous societies that visit us. The golf club holds special functions with music and dancing in the summer, at Christmas and at New Year. Throughout the year there are private members functions, charity events and society bookings; and on a day to day basis our membership expects a choice of good food to be available from the kitchen.
We are currently seeking a Franchise Caterer to take over the running of the catering facilities. The successful candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of our busy kitchen including input into social and charitable events.
The applicant must be experienced in all aspects of kitchen operations, including maintaining the kitchen to comply with current health and safety requirements.
This is a great opportunity for a caterer/chef with a proven track record to be creative and bring their personal style to this progressive and forward thinking golf club. Applicants will be required to demonstrate the ability to manage a full catering operation, producing consistently high standards of food and service, and be willing to work as part of this energetic team.
